Senior Associate: Grace Marie

For over 35 years, Grace Marie has been establishing and maintaining accounting systems for companies and individuals, giving peace-of-mind to her client’s regarding their financial affairs. Having a passion for organization and finance, Grace gathers, organizes and computerizes her client’s data resulting in the creation and operation of a monthly accounting system.

Having received extensive training from several well-established accounting firms, Grace’s experience encompasses QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting software along with clients’ own proprietary software system. She has worked with sole proprietorships, LLCs, corporations and individuals and understands the unique differences of each type of organization. She frequently prepares data for CPA firms for use in preparing tax returns and financial statements and consults with auditor regulators from the State Board of Equalization, worker’s compensation, liability insurance companies and city tax auditors.

Grace is detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and efficient and treats all financial information with the highest level of confidentiality. She is also a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent.
